Getting to know Hill Top Village Fisheries

Oliver is the owner of Hill Top Village Fisheries, usually found behind the fryers. Oliver has worked in catering for over 10 years, building his knowledge and experience of creating the most delicious meals. Oliver strives to create food of great quality and taste, keeping to his high standards. Our fish is cooked in beef dripping to create the best flavour, our fish is "Frozen at Sea Fish" for freshness. Our potatoes are from a local farmer, helping to support our local community.

Hill Tops Fish

Our fish is freshly prepared in house daily. Britain's favourite fish Cod and Haddock can be eaten as part of a balanced diet, they are low in fat and high in vitamin A, D and Omega 3.
